Alli, she's a bookworm!

That brindle cutie you see there is Alli! Alli is a very happy 3 yr-old female who weighs in at 55lbs, give or take a pound. Alli, despite being a tail-wagging dynamo, is generally on the quiet side. She's very laid-back and happy. Alli has spent no time in a crate since she's been here the past week, so we are obviously very comfortable with her roaming around with minimal supervision. She gets along well with her foster brother, Coastal, and has gotten along splendidly with the other canines she's met. Alli has not been cat-tested yet, but we suspect she'd be okay with the kitties. Alli enjoys leashed walks and is about 99% housebroken at this point.
Alli does have a mischievous side, as she likes to chew up paper items. She's gotten a hold of a couple of old paperbacks that were scattered around the house and made short work of them! She's apparently telling future adopters to get on board the technology express and do your reading on the Kindle/tablet of your choice :-)
Potential adopters will need to keep an eye on their books and wastebaskets until the little bookworm learns the house rules. Alli has not done steps yet, but we're sure she'll do fine when we test her out later this week.
Anyhow, she's a charmer and she's sure to go quickly, so if you're looking for a smaller, female hound with beautiful brindle markings get your application in now.
